LIAISON AGREEMENTS
Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) collaborates with external organizations and standards bodies to drive interoperability and industry-wide adoption of open standards. Recognizing the value of partnerships, Open Mobile Alliance engages with organizations that perform complementary or related work, ensuring broader industry participation and alignment.
Liaison agreements with Open Mobile Alliance follow three structured approaches:

Cooperation Framework (CF)
Flexible Collaboration Guidelines
The Cooperation Framework (CF) provides a set of mutually agreed guidelines between Open Mobile Alliance and external organizations, facilitating collaboration without a formal contract.

Cooperation Agreement (CA)
Formalized Industry Partnerships
A Cooperation Agreement (CA) is a legally binding agreement between Open Mobile Alliance and an external organization, ensuring a structured and committed collaboration.

Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
Simplified Formal Agreement
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) represents a basic formal agreement between Open Mobile Alliance and an external organization, enabling cooperation with minimal complexity.
